Round the clock, you have access to nurses and physicians who offer honest and professional advice. We work hand in hand with local healthcare professionals to provide urgent medical care or emergency medical evacuation.
We are direct medical assistance providers and not brokers or agents. Many insurance underwriters and families in need have found our assessments honest and our pricing fair.
We realise the importance and support provided by a loved one in times of crisis, thus we always allow a family member or companion to travel with all our patients. In most cases we allow 2 or 3 companions to travel, at no added cost and provided there is no compromise on safety.
